Steve Leech Associates Ltd is a practice of Chartered Quantity Surveyors based in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire.
I have a broad range of knowledge, expertise and experience gained across the construction industry during a career spanning 40 years. I have dealt with critical and confidential financial and contractual matters on all building types and on various structural and civil engineering projects. I have worked for public and private clients, as a sub-consultant to other private practices and for contractors and subcontractors.
I am fully conversant with modern IT practices: I create and convey documents electronically and where appropriate meet by video conference.
I am regulated by the RICS and bound by the RICS Rules of Conduct. Amongst other things this means that I shall always act with integrity and competency.
