The practice is a firm of chartered surveyors and is regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. The practice complies with the RICS Code of Conduct for Firms. Steve Leech the Director is a Chartered Surveyor and he complies with the RICS Code of Conduct for Members.

The institution was originally established by Royal Charter and is committed to setting and upholding the highest standards of integrity and competency.

The practice is a member of the Surveyors Ombudsman Service that provides a free independent dispute resolution service to the general public.
